Local Associations
Adirondack Health Information Management Association (AdHIMA) is governed by an Executive Board. Any NYHIMA member in good standing who is employed or who resides in Essex, Fulton, Warren, Hamilton, Saratoga, Washington, Rensselaer, Columbia, Greene, Albany, Schenectady, Montgomery, Schoharie, Otsego, Delaware, or Herkimer County may become a member of AdHIMA.

Central New York Health Information Management Association (CNYHIMA) is governed by an Executive Board. Any NYHIMA member in good standing who is employed or who resides in Broome, Cayuga, Chenango, Cortland, Delaware, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Otsego, Schoharie, Tioga, or Tompkins County may become a member of CNYHIMA.

Health Information Management Association of New York City (HIMANYC) is governed by a Board of Directors. Any NYHIMA member in good standing who is employed or who resides in one of the 5 boroughs of NYC may become a member of HIMANYC.
Health Information Management Association of Western New York (HIMAWNY) is governed by a Board of Directors. Any NYHIMA member in good standing who is employed or who resides in the counties of Erie, Niagara, Genesee, Chautaugua, Wyoming, Cattaraugus, Orleans and Allegheny may become a member of HIMAWNY.
Long Island Health Information Management Association (LIHIMA) is governed by a Board of Directors. Any NYHIMA member in good standing who is employed or who resides in Nassau or Suffolk Counties may become a member of LIHIMA.
Northern New York Health Information Management Association (HIMANNY) is governed by a Board of Directors. Any NYHIMA member in good standing who is employed or who resides in St. Lawrence, Franklin or Clinton Counties may become a member of HIMANNY.

Rochester Regional New York Health Information Management Association (RRHIMA) is governed by an Executive Board. Any NYHIMA member in good standing who is employed or who resides in Allegany, Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Orleans, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne, and Yates Counties may become a member of RRHIMA.

Southeastern New York Health Information Management Association (SENYHIMA) is governed by a Board of Directors. Any NYHIMA member in good standing who is employed or who resides in Orange, Sullivan, Dutchess, Ulster, and Putnam Counties may become a member of SENYHIMA.

Tappan Zee Health Information Management Association (TZHIMA) is governed by a Board of Directors. TZHIMA currently lists 60 members. Any NYHIMA member in good standing who is employed or who resides in Westchester or Rockland County may become a member of TZHIMA.
