DOH Congentital Malformations Registry is seeking comments on Regulatory Changes

The New York State Department of Health's Congenital Malformations Registry is proposing regulatory changes which would increase the maximum reporting age for children with certain birth defects. They are interested in your thoughts on such a regulation, including it's possible economic impact. Information on how to provide comments, as well as specific questions they will need to answer for this process, are enclosed in this attachment:
