Amanda Baird is the Coding Supervisor for SVC Coding, Claim Edits, Denials, and Education at the University of Rochester. She also serves as Professional Practice Coordinator for HIT students, helping develop a fully virtual internship program. With over 13 years in Health Information Management, Amanda is passionate about coding education, compliance, and mentoring future HIM professionals.

Tanya Castle
Tanya Castle brings over 16 years of nursing experience with a background in medical-surgical, postpartum, and dialysis care. Since beginning her HIM career in 2015, she has gained extensive experience in EMR implementation, utilization management, and clinical documentation. Tanya currently serves as a Clinical Documentation Specialist at Strong Memorial Hospital, where she bridges the gap between patient care and accurate, compliant documentation.
