The health care landscape is evolving rapidly and so is our need to adapt to these changes. There are many moving parts from payer reform, whole person care, pandemic-related circumstances, prevalence of telehealth and recognition of health care inequities are just a few driving these changes. Private and public health care organizations are required to optimize their organizations performance to achieve better outcomes, improve quality and decrease cost. Attendees will receive 1 CEU About the Presenter: Brenda Stiles is a Registered Nurse with over 30 years of nursing experience across the health care continuum in rural upstate New York. Brenda’s focus has been on creating better experiences and health outcomes for patients and providers. Her expertise in quality improvement and patient centric care, has led providers to be successful in their value-based payment arrangements, while improving patient outcomes. Her strong focus on quality, clinical systems and provider relationships has guided practice transformation efforts in the North Country. She was recognized in 2021 as Transformation Rural Health Champion of the year by Adirondack Rural Health Network. Brenda has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SUNY Plattsburgh. As a longtime resident of upstate New York, she is very familiar with the various healthcare challenges of the region. |
